Who We Are

Welcome to the Awazi African Heritage Center for cultural experience and exchange, career and education enrichment, business, legal  and social services/opportunities. It will operate as a resource/community center  for new immigrants, Africans in the diaspora, Students and the general population who may want to benefit from the resources available at the center. Services such as Psycho social counselling, legal services, information on housing and food pantries, business opportunities, career etc. can also be handled via telephone, google hangouts, email.

This center will have a directory of services and calendar of events accessible to all, on and offline.  We intend to have satellite locations in other cities and states. As we progress with this project. It is important that new immigrants especially have a trusted and safe place to go and express their challenges, get proper orientation to their local communities and be able to adapt with the help of experts. For those who have been in the states longer and  might be transitioning  looking at other opportunities or may just want to educate or enrich themselves, we will have scheduled workshops, cultural events and festivals, business expos to make this a possibility;

All our services are by appointment only at this time.

 

We are Partnering with Development Associations, Merchants, Individuals, Educational institutions, Recruiters, Financial institutions,NGOs faith based organizations, charitable organizations etc.
